A few days before 2018 begins preparations for the best European youth capital ever.

We are looking forward to a year full of challenges where young people will be the center of attention.
With the theme "Glocal Youth", our vision is to join the global and local dimensions in this way towards a process of social transformation.

Throughout 2018 issues such as European citizenship, mobility, creativity, personal and social development will form part of the official program and Cascais will be the European epicenter of Youth.
In order to mark the beginning of this great celebration on January 23, the Estoril Congress Center will host the opening ceremony of Cascais European Youth Capital 2018.
