Pancadas - Comedy Theater Show

Pancadas is a show of comedy theater organized by the Associação Cultural Teatro ao Minuto, which will be held on Saturdays during next March, at 9.30 pm at CriArte by Cascais Jovem.

The comedy show Pancadas, will then be divided into four sessions with the following schedule:

March 2nd - Ménage - You're going to say you do not like it ?! a production of Bloom.play with Filipe Salgueiro and Maria Giestas

Synopsis: A fun piece that aims to satirize the everyday of all "ordinary mortals" to destabilize the most sensitive! Extremely out of tune, very inconvenient and decentralized, it follows a line based on "black humor" exposing all the differences between sexes. The two actors unfold in different personalities and plots receiving as many "Animals" on stage for a true MÉNAGE. Of course for a good MÉNAGE would have to be 3, more than that would be a SURUBA and the name of this piece would be incongruous. MÉNAGE is incongruous, untrue and sometimes "false" ... But very true. They just do not play Swedish because this could be taken as dubious or even pornographic ... MÉNAGE is pornographic even though it is not ... MÉNAGE is festim! MÉNAGE is Love! Just is not worth tearing eyes! ... There goes the dubious sense ... Marauders!

March 9th  - Swiss Relic with Luciana Zule and Luís Filipe Valente

Synopsis: Lepeto, a watchmaker in love with music boxes, finds an old box made in Switzerland, where there is a dancer dancing. After repairing the relic, he discovers that the dancer, besides dancing, speaks! and is amazed. However, he quickly discovers that the dancer, who is called Amélie, does not like classical music, preferring samba, and lets out unpleasant phrases. What was meant to be a moment of enchantment, becomes a struggle between the human and the machine, causing Lepeto to light a candle for the holy Blue Fairy, who asks for the miracle of making Amélie into a real dancer, something not desired by doll, who finds the life of a machine much better than that of people.

March 16th - Simon Smith's Last Piece with Barbara Water and Carlos Alves

Synopsis: The confrontation of the artist with art and his own creations reveals itself in the sometimes extreme form as he discusses them. In others, the abandonment of creation appears as an escape from the answers that one does not want to give. Simon and Ema are in confrontation with each other, debate ideas, test themselves, confront each other, and challenge each other. It proposes to create, they give up trying, they start again ... After all this, there is a return to the past, which is rather an unearthing of a past in the way of autobiography. Can you lie in an autobiography? Does it make sense to autoficcize our story? Simon and Ema discuss, over the course of a night, what may be their next artistic creation. This discussion makes them embark on an intense journey through striking moments in their lives. And this is a path that the two travel between truth and illusion, lies and fiction.

March 23 - Tell me how was a production of Byfurcação Theater with André Sobral, José Frutuoso, Paulo Cintrão and Ricardo Karitsis

Synopsis: An improvisational spectacle that will revolutionize the way you remember your past! Remember your first date? The first kiss? Maybe it was not like that ... Tell us how it was and we showed you how it really happened!

Note: There will be a place for the little ones, where they will be accompanied by a monitor, who will do activities with them during the duration of the shows.
