The Experimenta aims to promote the development of youth employability skills and support the design and implementation of their personal / professional pathways

EXPERIMENTA - Youth Employability Program integrates during 8 months, the following activities:
 

• Experience in the work context in Cascais municipal universe services, backed by a / a Tutor / a in part-time mode (20h / week) or full time (35h / week)
                 
• Group Coaching - Support for Personal and Professional Development
   
• Thematic Training Actions: Employability and Entrepreneurship
   
• Professional Course and Assessment Counseling
   
• Bootcamp - Immersive Formation
   
• Speed ​​Recruitement - Interview session of fast contact with employers, to be held at the end
   
•  Individual Talent Promotion Project (9th month / optional)

Goals:
 

1) To enable young people, first experiences of contact with the world of work

2) Provide a trial opportunity in a real work environment in order to facilitate the development of essential skills for working life, in particular the levels of know-how and know-being

3) Facilitate the transition from school to work

4) Facilitate subsequent integration into the labor market, in particular through the enrichment of the curriculum

5) To promote in young people active and effective attitudes in the construction of their personal and professional future
