DNA Match

The applications of the citizens for the DNA Match are already open and close on March 30.

What is DNA Match?

It is a program promoted by DNA Cascais in collaboration with the Municipality of Cascais (division of employability and promotion of talent) and whose main objective is to support the recruitment of talent and development of skills to grow projects and businesses in Cascais.

The program supports the promotion of professional internships by companies and other employers in Cascais.

A Pitch DNA Match session will be held on April 11.

The internships last for 6 months and will start on May 1st.

Advantages for entities:

- access to candidates;

- new human resources;

- internship scholarship costs reimbursed by DNA Cascais;

- training in soft skills for trainees;

- advice on the internship process;

- encouragement of hiring at the end of the internship;

Goals:

- Contribution to entrepreneurship and to the socio-economic development of the municipality of Cascais;

- Promote the development of skills and employability of the residents of Cascais and facilitate their insertion in the labor market;

Who can host trainees?

Natural or legal persons, of a private nature, whether or not for profit, with headquarters or activity in the Municipality of Cascais.

Who can participate?

- Residents in the Municipality of Cascais;

- Persons who have collaborated with the employer in the last 12 months are not eligible;

- Persons who have completed a vocational training financed by public funds
