The course will be held in 4 sessions on March 24 and 31 and on 6 and 7 April between 6 pm and 8 pm.

Scientific studies have consistently shown that mindfulness
improves various states of physical and mental health such as anxiety, depression, or chronic pain, among others. It helps to deal with everyday stress by practicing attention to what happens in the mind and body in order to recognize mental patterns that cause suffering. Mindfulness helps to dissolve these mental patterns, and to give more appropriate answers instead of the usual reactions that keep the suffering.

The practice of mindfulness gives us more awareness and contact with life. This course facilitates the learning of this tool and is therefore an investment in health and well-being, at any age.
