Já começaram as sessões de Mindfulness!

Mindfulness practices are an opportunity to stop, breathe, note and allow greater openness to the experience in the present moment, in the midst of so much daily excitement, through techniques that provide relaxation and well-being. Practices vary from week to week, but there is a special focus on breathing, body, thoughts, and interaction with the outside world.

If we try to integrate this practice into our daily routine, our mind will become more serene and we will enjoy life more and more.

Come and experience this wonderful opportunity to be in your own company!

Mindfulness sessions take place every Thursday in the month of April at Loja Cascais Jovem, at 6:30 p.m.

There will also be a session every 4th Saturday of each month, in the Fort of Santo Antonio at 10:00 AM, the first one will be next Saturday, April 13!
