MONSTRA à Solta has led the festival of animation in several Portuguese cities and the five continents for four consecutive years.
Organized by União das Freguesias de Carcavelos e Parede, is a project that aims to share with the public living outside Lisbon an important part of the festival MONSTRA, allowing them also to get in touch with what is best produced worldwide in this art.
