Do you know that there are thousands of things that have to be prepared until we get to the volunteer you see on the street?

For some programs preparation begins many months before the start of projects.

There is a great team behind every program that ensures its operation, which goes from the construction of the form, database, selection of youth, uniforms, publicity, training sessions, contacts with entities, team building, assembly of posts , among many other things.

That's why we are looking for you to be part of this great team!

If you are between 20 and 30 years, availability from May 15 to October 15, you are a resident or student in Cascais, you want to be part of a young team and you have:

• Knowledge of the user of Excel and other computer programs;
• Ability to organize and plan;
• Communication skills;
• Sensitivity to working with young people;
• Proactivity;
• Desire to learn;
• Ability to work as a team;
• Empathy;
• Social Sensitivity;
• I like sports;
• Analytical ability.
   

If you have everything that is above, you are available from April to October, the word logistics does not scare you and you have:

• Ability to work with a database with about 4000 registrations;
• Great capacity for organization and planning;
• Great communication skills;
• Logical reasoning;
• Strategic vision;
